General information on ticket reservation and purchase through Internet

General Information

These terms govern the Procedure for sale of air ticket reservation and payment services (hereinafter – the Services) to individuals through Internet. 
Service provider is a legal entity AK BARS AERO OJSC created in accordance with the Russian Federation legislation (hereinafter – the Company). Legal address: Airport, city of Bugulma, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, 423230. 
Service buyer is an individual (Internet user) registered in reservation system on the Company’s web site (http://akbarsaero.ru/en/).

Electronic ticket is a new form of air ticket instead of paper sheet, which helps to make preparation for your flight easy and comfortable. All trip data, including control record of credit card payment are stored in the customer’s bank and the company’s air ticket reservation system. If you wish, you can easily print an air-travel card and information on your flight at home or at your office.

On our web site you can reserve a flight and pay for it in the nearest future using plastic card or at offices of our company. Reservation and purchase procedure is very simple, it lasts on the average for no more than 5-10 minutes.

Description of ticket payment process through Internet

Bank card holder (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) can pay for services ordered on web site after fares, services or places ordered are confirmed.

The Buyer selects Internet payment point and after the amount, route and name are confirmed by him, he transfers to the authorized bank server, where all operations connected with payment posting are carried out.

Safe connection between the Buyer and authorization server is established, which allows to protect all the data being furnished.

The Buyer completes a form provided by the authorization server, used for payment document forming and payment details signing, which enables to confirm their integrity and belonging to the card holder in the future. Payment order formed in such a manner is sent by the authorization server to payment system for processing.

As the processing is completed, the user receives a reply on results of the transaction carried out.

Passenger itinerary receipt is an official confirmation of AK BARS AERO flight purchase. It is sent to your E-mail address immediately after the trip is paid using plastic card on our web http://www.akbarsaero.ru/en/

Procedure for return and exchange of air tickets paid using bank cards

The purchased air ticket will be returned subject to Terms of application of airline fares for this flight.

To return or exchange tickets paid using bank cards the passenger shall:

  1. Come directly to any office of our company. It is necessary to bring an identity card and a passenger itinerary receipt. To carry out a financial transaction for money return to the plastic card, the cashier, in accordance with applicable rules of Transport Clearing House (TCH), draws up a receipt for RETURN. Control and bank copies of the receipt together with flight coupons (or copies of passenger itinerary receipts) are delivered to TCH.

    Based on the results of the return carried out in the system the cashier issues a return reference to the passenger. The reference indicates the amount calculated by the system for transportation return.
  2. Send an application for ticket return to asup@bugavia.ru. The application must specify: date of order, surname of passengers and reservation number. All these data are provided in passenger itinerary receipt. 

    Scanned copies of plastic card using which the payment was made and to which money will be returned must be attached thereto.

The return amount is calculated in accordance with terms of application of the fare selected by you, which you have examined at electronic ticket purchase. Applications for return without any deductions must be sent at the latest 24 hours before the flight (not applicable for special fares).
After the return is completed, in case of plastic card payment money will be returned to your card, in case of electronic of KIWI payment – to electronic cash.
Please be aware that money return to your plastic card can take several days.
Money will be returned strictly to the PC, using which transportation was paid.

Payment safety

Bank card payment is made by means of redirection of customer to web site of electronic payment system of Sirena-Travel CJSC. Data transfer safety in the system is secured by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. Further information transfer is carried out through secure banking networks with the highest protection level. The customer's confidential data received (card details, registration data, etc.) are collected and processed in processing centre. So, AK BARS AERO OJSC cannot receive the customer's personal data and card details.

  1. Do not furnish your plastic card data to people unknown to you (PIN code, bank card number, special card codes, your code word and other passwords), personal information, passport data. This information can be used in fraudulent operations with your card. Do not transfer your personal information on the telephone or E-mail regardless of the requesting person. Use services of those organizations which you thrust upon and with which you have positive work experience.
  2. Do not store or leave your personal data in accessible places. 
    Do not leave documents containing your personal data without attendance in public places: in office, hotel, airport. Do not store your personal data, bank card numbers, PIN codes and passwords in your computer or mobile phone. This information can become available to criminals who managed to obtain access thereto through electronic network or just stole your property. Do not pass your plastic card to other people for making payments instead of you. Remember that ONLY you can perform operations with plastic card issued in your name.
  3. Always control your banking operations. 
    Check order confirmations and bank statements as you receive them, in order to ensure that only payments on operations performed by you are enforced. Report on any discrepancies to your bank immediately.
